Description
Filip Kabeya is the founder of Lumumba Lab (LLab), the oldest tech hub and incubator dedicated to innovation and training young tech talents in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Over the past few years, he has developed a model that replicates what he built in the DRC across 6 West African countries, where 6 Labs now operate under the management of a French NGO, all focused on youth employability.Known as Keyser, Filip is a digital transformation expert with over 20 years of professional experience in both Africa and Europe. His true dream is to enable young Africans to thrive and find their rightful place in society through their digital skills.In 2025, he founded eBwe, a consulting firm specializing in process automation and digital services, headquartered in Abidjan and Kinshasa. For more than ten years, he has been supporting African companies and institutions in their digital transition, with a strong focus on bridging the digital divide and strengthening local tech ecosystems.

Of Congolese (DRC) origin, Filip brings extensive experience in managing complex IT projects, operational leadership, and business development in the telecom, digital, and international cooperation sectors. He has held key positions at the U.S. Embassy in Kinshasa, GIZ, Solidarité Laïque, and led large-scale regional initiatives across sub-Saharan Africa.
