Edgardo’s experience encompasses management and key contributor roles that have ranged from R&D, System engineering and Strategic Planning through marketing, sales and customer services. Edgardo da Fonseca is a true serial entrepreneur. A highlight success story was with Ascend Communication, based in Silicon Valley. Edgardo developed significant cross-fertilization exchanges, swapping skills and sharing best practices with geographically distributed teams between the Silicon Valley and Sophia Antipolis. Another recent startup venture that he founded in 2003 was Daclem Solutions. Starting from scratch, Edgardo grew the company organically and through the acquisition and integration of four companies, then sold and merged with Trustive in 2010. Edgardo has been working with Melcade Conseil since 2018. As one of the main investors, he lends his expertise in the areas of building and growing international teams.
