Description

Leading the Partnership and International Cooperation Department, this role utilizes a strong legal background and deep expertise in international funding mechanisms to drive the development of Ukraine's innovation and startup ecosystem. The focus is on forging and managing strategic international partnerships and securing crucial funding from key global donors, including GIZ and the European Union (Horizon Europe, Digital Europe), for high-impact projects.
My core responsibilities include:
Strategic Opportunity Identification: Researching and securing international grant funding that aligns with the growth objectives of the startup ecosystem.
International Cooperation & Consortium Building: Actively negotiating with diverse international stakeholders to build and lead robust project consortiums, ensuring effective and collaborative execution.
Project Leadership and Implementation: Overseeing the complete lifecycle of complex international initiatives (e.g., Horizon Europe, Digital Europe)—from proposal development and budget preparation to successful operational management and delivery of expected results.
A strategic, results-driven approach, complemented by exceptional communication and negotiation skills, ensures high-impact international cooperation directly supporting innovation.
